THE LONELINESS OF A WRONG CROWD.
Three is a crowd.
Accentuated by where two or three are gathered.
As scripturally espoused.
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
As social animals
Strength is energized.
Inspiration enhanced when together.
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
With trust betrayed
Ordinary smiles polluted.
And hypocrisy holding sway.
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
Like the legendary ‘Anjofe’
With deceitful caring for vibes.
Life sucks terribly
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
Life is companionship.
It flourishes on camaraderie.
And become energy-sapping.
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
With pretentious gaits
Orchestrated by sycophantic gesticulations.
Giving the false sense of belongingness
But it is lonely in the wrong crowd.
The number in the crowd notwithstanding
Even with numerous cheerleading
That is as ephemeral as passing vapor.
It will always be lonely in the wrong crowd.
Beyond the intensive introversion.
And unmitigated reclusiveness
That takes away one’s ambiance.
It is really lonely in the wrong crowd.
Yet all hope is not lost.
To live beyond a wrong crowd
Especially if you retrace your steps.
From hibernating with the wrong crowd.
The wrong crowd destroys purposes.
And turn around claiming victims.
Shifting all blame to the very one
Who is lonely in the wrong crowd.
Take stock of the crowd you are in.
Is it stagnating you or elevating you?
A safe haven or chopping slabs.
Hence you remain lonely in the wrong crowd.
Find your tribe!
In a convivial atmosphere.
The basement for synergic magnificence.
By exiting the wrong crowd, that makes you lonely.
